Emofon provides an automated estimate of emotional expression in audio. Results are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Important limitations

• Emofon is not a medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnostic tool.
• Emofon is not a lie detector and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions about another person.
• Only upload audio you are legally permitted to process.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Trial and Premium access are linked to the Emofon account used during activation. If you forget your password, use the password reset page.

Free trial

The three-day free trial is started only inside the Emofon application. It does not require a payment card, does not charge the user, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Website payments

Emofon Premium is a separate paid subscription purchased through an external checkout operated by lava.top. Premium checkout is not the free trial: the payment provider charges according to the checkout terms and the subscription renews according to the interval shown there until canceled.

The buyer should use the same email address as the Emofon account. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals according to the payment provider's rules; cancellation by itself is not treated by Emofon as proof that an already completed payment was refunded. Refund and reversal status is determined by the payment provider.

Premium remains subject to service availability and fair-use limits.
