Emofon processes account information and audio submitted by a user to provide voice-emotion analysis, saved sessions and account access. Audio and analysis data are handled only for the requested service and according to the application settings.

Data categories

• Account email and authentication data.
• Audio selected or recorded for analysis.
• Analysis results, usage limits and saved sessions.
• Technical security logs required to operate the service.

Purpose

Data is used to authenticate accounts, perform requested analyses, maintain trial or Premium access, prevent abuse, provide saved history and support account deletion.

Payments

Website payments are processed by the external provider lava.top. Emofon receives payment status, buyer email, transaction reference and subscription events required to activate or maintain Premium access. Payment-card details are entered on the provider's page and are not stored by Emofon.

Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the Emofon application or follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
